What will you do?
You will work on developing new and existing features in the PayAnalytics equal pay solution. You will work on code in our SPA (Vue.js), REST API (python/Django), Java algorithm implementation and our AWS infrastructure configuration. You will write design docs and unit tests, perform code reviews and participate in all other essential tasks of a healthy development team.
PayAnalytics is a SaaS platform applying state-of-the-art technology that builds on statistical and optimisation algorithms to close demographic pay gaps.
